Minimum age requirement 20 years.
No Smoking allowed inside the cottages.
Check-in after 4.00 pm
Cottages must be vacated by 11 am so the cleaners can get the cottage ready for our next guests.
No parties or events are permitted in the cottages.
Any breakages must be reported immediately.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus, we have amended our cancellation policy.

Re COVID- We can confirm that If restrictions are put in place that prohibits you from travelling or there is a national lockdown then you will be issued a full refund of any monies paid or you can move your holiday to another date at any time in the future.

Normal circumstances - Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. If they cancel less than 30 days before check-in they will not be eligible for a refund.
