Terms & Conditions

Minimum age requirement of 20 years.
No smoking is allowed inside the cottages.
Check-in after 3.00 pm
Cottages must be vacated by 11 am so the cleaners can get the cottage ready for our next guests.
No parties or events are permitted in the cottages.
Any breakages must be reported immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%If they cancel less than 30 days before check-in, they will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control for example illness, we are always happy to amend your dates when possible to a booking in the future.
